This comes a day after Jharkhand police arrested 12 people, including students and coordinators of a coaching institute, from the state’s Chatra district, in connection with the case of the alleged leak of CBSE class 10 mathematics paper.
The investigation has revealed that the question paper was leaked in two forms – a printed copy which was sent via WhatsApp as well as a handwritten paper which was circulated.
The coaching centre owner has been identified as Tauqeer, who runs a coaching centre in Delhi’s Bawana.
The two teachers have been identified as Rishab and Rohit. The paper leak has caused the CBSE and the government to announce a re-examination of the Class 12 economics paper.
On Saturday, the CBSE dismissed rumours that Class 12 Political Science and Hindi examination papers had been leaked as well.
The CBSE stated that the pictures of the question papers that were being circulated on social media were fake and that of previous years.
